The whole area around Whidbey Island is beautiful, and there is a lot to explore in the area.

Harrison Hot Springs is a town in Canada, about three hours from Oak Harbor. It is a charming town set on a beautiful lake. 

There is a public pool heated from the hot spring, camping in town and near by (so it doesn't need to be expensive), some very nice hotels, many hiking opportunities, fishing charters and events.
